Matcha powder and spinach give this healthy smoothie bowl a beautiful green hue. If you don't have spinach on hand, try swapping in another dark leafy green like kale.
1/2 cup frozen banana slices
1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
5 tablespoons sliced almonds, divided
1 1/2 teaspoons matcha tea powder
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
1/2 ripe kiwi, sliced
Place banana, peaches, spinach, almond milk, 3 tablespoons almonds, matcha and maple syrup in a blender; process until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with kiwi and the remaining 2 tablespoons almonds. Serve immediately.
