Quick and easy recipe for slow cooker turkey breast. With only two ingredients, the only hard part is waiting.
1 (6 pound) bone-in turkey breast
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
Place in a slow cooker. Cover, and cook on High for 1 hour, then set to Low, and cook for 7 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
Serve with gravy.
